I stayed here for 3 nights.
The bed was a little firm, or I was just lucky.

The apartment is stunning, fine base for 4 people so close to the wlamgate bridge seconds from lovely bars, shops and the town centre. There's kitchen, so you can cook breakfast freely. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. I enjoyed the place🙂

The location of the cottage was fantastic, being right in the center of town. It was close to all the amenities and attractions, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. Despite being in the heart of the city, the cottage offered a peaceful and quiet escape, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. the cottage had a beautiful garden space with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee.
One negative aspect was that some of the cups and glasses in the cottage were not properly cleaned when we arrived. We had to spend time washing them by hand before we could use them.

The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The property provided a nice welcome pack upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. the cottage had a great garden space with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.
The kitchen could use some improvement, particularly in terms of plumbing and the lack of a dishwasher. The wifi was not stable in all rooms, which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at Walmgate Cottage for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The location of the cottage was excellent, with easy access to amenities and attractions, yet still providing a quiet and private atmosphere. The decor, including unique paintings like one of Clint Eastwood, added a touch of personality to the space. We couldn't help but laugh at the quirky flooring, which only added to the charm. Despite a cracked bedroom window, the view of the river made up for it. The presence of ducks and swans added to the overall ambiance, and we particularly enjoyed the garden space with its table and chairs for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and had a lot of quirky charm. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to bars, restaurants, and attractions. the beds were comfortable and made for a cozy stay.
One of the windows in the house could be opened, and there was no air conditioning, which could be a problem in hot weather. some of the cups and glasses were not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the kitchen sink had a slow drain and an unpleasant smell.
